“Awakening to our Potential”, with Patti Okun
As we begin the newness of our year, join Patti Okun in a 4-session group that approaches the possibility of living our lives from the fullness of our potential. We will explore what really holds meaning for us as individuals, and through our group setting, experience how we can move towards fulfilling our potential. Our awareness will increase as we see how old patterns and beliefs can unconsciously hold us back. We will grow our understanding of using our energy, bodies, and minds to truly support “being the hero” of our own lives.
Due to the nature of creating the sacredness of our group container, participants must commit to attending the 4 meetings to be held on Mondays from 6-8 PM, February 6, 13, 20, and 27th. The fee for this group is $125.00, payable in advance. If paid by February 1st, the early-bird discount is $100.00.
